Latin-Jazz arrangement of the old Simons & Marks standard. Melody arranged for trumpet on lead with tenor sax and trombone playing counterline. After the second solo section the melody is presented in the tenor sax and trombone, and halfway through there is a modulation (up a half step) into a full ensemble section leading to a slick Latin-Jazz ending.

Written to be played at quarter note = 188.
